Swap-BTC.io does not publish an invented universal monetary threshold at which every transaction automatically receives the same review. The review path can depend on the circumstances of the individual order.
A transaction may require additional attention when available information indicates elevated risk or when information needed to process the order is inconsistent or incomplete.
Potential indicators can include unusual transaction characteristics, blockchain-related risk signals, inconsistencies between order details and transaction data, or other circumstances that reasonably require clarification before processing can continue.
If additional review is required, Swap-BTC.io may request information relevant to the transaction before the order can proceed or be completed. The information requested depends on the circumstances of the order.
Users should provide only the information requested through the official support process. A wallet seed phrase or private key is never required for transaction review and must not be shared.
Depending on the transaction and information available, processing may require clarification, additional information or another transaction-specific action before the exchange can continue.
This policy does not promise a fixed review time or a universal outcome for every reviewed transaction. Applicable requirements should be communicated in relation to the specific order.
Swap-BTC.io must not be used to facilitate unlawful activity, conceal proceeds of unlawful activity or intentionally misuse the exchange service for prohibited financial activity.
Users are responsible for using the service in accordance with requirements applicable to them and for providing accurate transaction information when additional information is requested.
The standard Swap-BTC.io flow is designed for crypto-to-crypto exchange without conventional account registration for eligible swaps. Users select the BTC amount and destination asset, review the live conditions, provide the destination wallet and send the required Bitcoin deposit.
A risk-based review is a transaction-specific process and should not be confused with the normal steps of every standard eligible exchange.
Depending on the circumstances, relevant information can include an order identifier, transaction hash, source and destination assets, wallet addresses, selected network and other transaction details needed to understand the order.
Sensitive wallet-control credentials are not part of this process. Never provide a private key or seed phrase.
